Corkscrew:

The Corkscrew is a roller coaster at Playland and is one of the most popular rides in the park. It's a high velocity thrill ride features a double helix inversion. In operation at Playland since 1994, the Corkscrew exhibits several twists and turns around its track.

There are several places to get tickets for Playland. You can by them at lots of grocery stores at the gift-cards sections, at 7-11 you can get them for a $5 discount and they are also available online at http://www.pne.ca/playland/index.html for a discount as well. You can also buy them at the main gate at Playland.

How to get to Playland: Playland is Located in Vancouver on Hastings Street, just off Highway #1 West – Exit #26. Playland has Bike Racks in front of it, where you can lock up your Bike. Also, near Playland are several bus stops. If you drive to Playland, you can park in the lot located at Hastings & Windermere across the street from Playland's main gate. Parking in the lot(which is owned by Playland) costs $10 and is cash only. Another option is to park in the driveways of local residents which several of them sell.
